SLL’s Introduction Into Society

Hey Socialites! Can we talk about the thrill of having an event? Let's be real, the lead-up to said event can be a bit nerve-wracking. From nailing down all the tiny details to rocking the social media game and finding the perfect outfit, it's a whirlwind. And then there's that moment of truth when you're hoping people show up. It's like the ultimate test for an event planner like me who lives to bring folks together and spread excitement and joy throughout the city.

But guess what? Our open invitation event last Friday night was a hit! We had a pretty sweet turnout, and boy, did we bring the heat, literally because it was sooo HOT outside! The music, a blend of 90’s and 00’s hip-hop was fire, the drinks were top-notch, and let's not forget about the beautiful people who graced us with their presence. I even made some new friends and expanded my network. Social Life Lou isn't about some silly popularity contest. We're all about sharing incredible experiences with anyone who wants to jump on this social journey with us!

I can't thank everyone enough for showing up and making Friday an unforgettable night. Big shoutout to the Local Seltery for hosting us and to all the amazing folks who had my back that day.
